Sales Performance Dashboard

This is an Interactive Sales Performance Dashboard in Excel. The client was looking for a way to analyze sales information such as overall sales, sales per product line, gross margins, net profits, sales mix, etc.

Our excel tool allows the client to view information from a different perspectives such as sales per month, gross margins during a year, or product sales per quarter. It has built in user friendly options such as adjusting the time period of analysis and number of periods to be seen at once. The user can easily switch from one view to another with a click of a button and it is very easy to analyze and understand information regarding sales and profits.   

Before, it took the client multiple reports to track, understand, and communicate the relevant information. Now it takes only a minute.

Financial Ratios Dashboard

The client uses a traditional financial analysis approach through key financial ratios which are standardized for their business. However, they found themselves switching from one excel file to another with different information, charts, and tables. It used to take them couple of hours a week to prepare for their weekly financial meetings.

Our solution was to integrate more than a dozen sources of information into a one-screen simple application in excel which is easily used and shared by everyone in the company. Now, they save a couple of hours each week and they use the tool for analysis and discussion during their weekly financial meetings. 

Marketing Dashboard

The input data used for the Marketing Dashboard is multiple sources of primary and secondary information that our client gathers continuously over time through their sales force, partners, industry publications, etc.

The challenge was how to incorporate the relevant information into a simple tool that can be effective and easy to use by all stakeholders such as business analysts, managers, sales reps, and other decision makers.

Our proposal was accepted by the client immediately and our solution was dynamic excel application that can be customized with a click of a button. The application displays all the relevant information such as market share, sales, competitors performance, positioning information, sales by reps, sales by products, etc. 

P&L Dashboard

This is an application we developed for one of our long-term clients. After working on a different projects with us they decided to automate and improve their financial reporting by using our visual dashboard approach.

We built a user friendly tool in excel that converts the data from their regular Profit & Loss Statements into customized charts and reports. Now they use this product for financial analysis and reporting.

As part of this project we developed couple of printable one-page dashboard reports that they use on a continuous basis. We manage the entire reporting process for the client and produce daily, weekly, and monthly financial dashboard reports. 

Customer Satisfaction Dashboard

This is a version of the one-screen display Customer Satisfaction Dashboard tool built in excel for one of our clients. The tool analyzes and displays on demand information for the client. The customized display shows information about performance and customers based on data collected through customer satisfaction surveys.

The dashboard can display information for different time periods, customers, sales reps, partners, etc. It is very easy to spot key information and react immediately to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
